QA Specialist (1-year contract)

Accountabilities
- Support QC staff and line leaders in identifying potential process risks
- Define and monitor in-line quality control checkpoints during production processes: printing, cutting, Foiling, gluing, folding, assembly, etc
- Perform random in-process audits to ensure operators follow correct methods and standards
- Investigate recurring defects or process abnormalities and assist in root cause analysis
- Recommend process adjustments or preventive actions based on early defect trends/risk in new project or daily audit
- Validate changes to materials, tools, or settings before full-scale use
- Coordinate testing for alternative or replacement materials proposed by Purchasing, ensure test results meet technical and functional standards for 3D card applications (e.g. printing, cutting, folding, gluing…)
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in QA, with familiarity in Process control and material quality control
- Ability to use QC tools for analysis : Pareto, google sheet, Flowchart…Language Skills: Fluent in English (written skill) is a must, as we have to work with international suppliers
- Technical & Management Skills:
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with internal teams and suppliers. Ability to negotiate and resolve arising issues efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations, such as quality issues or urgent requirements.
- Personality: Proactive, flexible, able to work independently, and under pressure.
