About the role
As an Engineering & Maintenance Specialist, you ensure the stable and efficient operation of production machines and robotic systems through effective maintenance and troubleshooting. You support automation and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and 5S standards.
Accountabilities
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of production machines and robotic systems.
- Perform planned preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Ensure workplace safety, compliance with 5S standards, and company safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to complete assigned engineering and maintenance tasks.
- Participate in and implement automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical/Machine Design Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or manufacturing environments
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
