Job Description: Sales Key Holder at Lovepop

We are looking for a Sales Key Holder who is an engaging, enthusiastic, and charismatic individual ready to create magical moments for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Welcome every customer with warmth and provide an exceptional experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Engage: Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Personalize: Listen to customers' needs and preferences, tailoring your interactions to make their visit memorable.
- Follow-Up: Encourage customers to return by providing information about new products, upcoming promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Product Enthusiasm: Showcase Lovepop products with excitement and enthusiasm, making each customer interaction memorable.
- Demonstrate: Actively show customers how our products work and the stories behind them.
- Inspire: Share your personal excitement for Lovepop products, creating a contagious energy in the store.
- Educate: Provide detailed information about product features and benefits, answering any questions customers may have.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily and personal sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Initiate Sales: Approach customers proactively and assist them in finding products they love.
- Upsell: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products that complement the customer's initial selections.
- Track Progress: Regularly review sales targets and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers find the perfect Lovepop products, answering questions and offering recommendations.
- Consult: Listen to customers' needs and offer thoughtful product recommendations.
- Problem-Solve: Address any concerns or questions customers have, ensuring they leave satisfied.
- Follow-Up: Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customers know how to care for their purchases and feel valued.
- Store Presentation: Keep the store looking magical and engaging, ensuring our products are always displayed beautifully.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays that capture customer interest.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.
- Stock Management: Regularly replenish stock to ensure customers always find their favorite products.
- Team Spirit: Work hard, be a great team member, take ownership, and show an ambitious attitude.
- Collaboration: Support your team members in achieving store goals and creating a positive work environment.

- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for 4-8 hours, lift 30 pounds, and handle counting tasks.

- Strength: Be able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving products.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately count and manage inventory.
