About the role

Lovepop is looking for an organized, proactive specialist to help us find new wholesale customers in the US.

Accountabilities

  • Set up and manage automated email campaigns in Smartlead.

  • Research potential retail partners and find relevant contacts.

  • Keep lead lists accurate, verified, and organized.

  • Track campaign results and suggest improvements.

  • Coordinate with the sales team on interested leads.

  • KPI:

  • Qualified leads: 50 leads a month

  • New customers: 10 New Customers a month

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English, with the ability to create clear, engaging email content.

  • Strong prospecting skills, including identifying, researching, and prioritizing potential retail and wholesale customers in the US

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, with close attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow tasks through to completion.

  • Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns using Smartlead or similar platforms.

  • A results-driven, analytical approach to tracking campaign performance, optimizing outreach, and working toward monthly targets.

  • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills, with the ability to nurture qualified leads and support their conversion into customers.
