About The Job

In this role, you will contribute to speed up Lovys’ roadmap, from new launches to building a better customer experience, driving operational efficiency and supporting management in the definition and execution of the company’s strategy. We are looking for someone with a great business acumen and a problem-solving mindset.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys challenges, change and diversity, thriving in a fast-paced growing environment. Being a fast learner, with the ability to deliver high standard results under pressure is important for this position. You’ll get your hands dirty to get things done with resilience and persistence. And most importantly, we are looking for someone who is thrilled about re-imagining insurance at Lovys and building a long-lasting company with a great team.

Your Responsabilities

  • Support the launch and post-launch of new projects, such as: new processes, systems, products and markets. We expect you to benchmark solutions and competitors, designing workflows and rules, defining pricing models, negotiating with suppliers, managing stakeholders and the launch, and following-up on results and finding further optimizations.
  • Engage on strategic projects and cross-functional squads to improve Lovys’ KPIs, including framing the problem, defining a methodology of analysis, proposing solutions based on the results of your analysis, and orchestrating the project management.
  • Advanced analytical modeling to support strategic decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare presentations to the management team, to the board of investors and to support fundraising initiatives and investor meetings.

Your profile

Education And Experience

2/3 years of consulting, business intelligence, strategy, investment banking or related experience and a bachelor's degree (Bac+5/Master) in Management, Economics, Engineering, Math, or related.

Preferred: Experience in a startup.

  • Comfort in managing different tasks at once with challenging deadlines and maturity to set priorities
  • Fluent in English (French isa very nice to have)
