About The Job

You are a passionate and data-driven CRM manager who is looking for a new challenge. After accumulating some experience in the area, you are looking for the perfect company that can give you both the independence and the ambition to apply your ideas.

You would be comfortable working with our Data team on customer segmentation and profiling.

Your Responsabilities

• Work with the Senior CRM Manager to create an engaging CRM strategy
• Support CRM team on improving and optimize our touchpoints (ex. Open rate and CTR for email). Work with the Content and Ops team to create the right content.
• Maintain and optimize our marketing automation, that englobes email marketing, SMS, paid campaigns, in-app push notifications and website popups.
• Suggest and create a roadmap of AB tests to all the automations. Implement and keep tracking AB testing performance
• Build campaign analysis and post campaign reporting

Education and Experience

+1 years of experience on Digital Marketing

Skills And Knowledge

• You are detailed-oriented but your perfectionism does not stop you from testing and trying new things.
• You are eager to change things, but you understand the value of incremental impact
• You have experience with CRM tools: Hubspot, Salesforce, Autopilot, Marketo or one similar
• You are fluent in English, and if you understand French, it is a plus.
• You have maybe never worked on a startup before, but you are eager to achieve ambitious goals, you love taking risks
• It’s a bonus if you have technical skills in video editing to contribute to content creation.
