We're looking for a hands-on, ambitious .NET developer to help scaling our platform — and grow into a technical leadership role as our team scales.

Your mission

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET and Azure
• Collaborate with business and product teams to solve complex technical challenges
• Develop APIs, Calculation & Rules Engines, Monitoring and Auth frameworks, and internal tools
• Take ownership of end-to-end solutions — from design to deployment
• Identify smarter, cleaner ways to build and evolve our platforms
• Participate in architectural decisions, propose innovative solutions, and help us scale wisely
  
  

About You

You're a strong senior profile who’s hands-on, analytical, and curious, but you're also someone who enjoys building, mentoring, and eventually leading.

You Ideally Bring

• 6+ years of experience with backend development (.NET Core / .NET 8)
• Strong understanding of API concepts and implementations (i.e. RESTful WebAPI over Json)
• Experience in managing and developing REST WebAPIs with .NET and Entity Framework (.NET Core / .NET 8 is a plus)
• Experience in Unit Testing (NUnit / XUnit + Mock / NSubstitute)
• Experience in the implementation of Observability/Monitoring frameworks/Practices
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Passionate about clean and well-documented code
• Strong understanding about Agile software development methodology
• Solid grasp of software architecture, clean code, and design patterns (e.g., DDD/EDD, DI, Factory, Singleton)
• Fluency in English (you’ll work with an international team)

• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Git flow
