The Training and Development Consultant is responsible for defining and creating the training approach for the Lumeon product, both internally and to customers. They will also be responsible for implementing a management training approach for Lumeon, documenting what will be included in quarterly management training. The Training & Development Consultant will report into our Director of Business Analysis and Transformation.

What You’ll Accomplish / Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal and external use
  • Create and deliver training materials for pathway implementations to clients, in both virtual and face-to-face settings
  • Develop training collateral to effectively onboard a partner
  • Document training requirements and tailor training materials and sessions accordingly based on internal or client needs
  • Maintain and update a system accreditation program to certify staff and clients through e-learning platforms by using a variety of learning methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools & practices to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the learning
  • Willingness to travel to US client sites, as needed (up to 20%)


What We’re Looking For / Essential Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience developing training programs and rolling them out across an organization with e-learning platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, including developing course content and training materials, plus some experience in training a conceptual subject matter
  • Must be comfortable with facilitation and have experience working in client-facing situations (both virtually and in-person)
  • Delivery and tone in training sessions must exude confidence and excitement – strong energy and body language are vital
  • Working knowledge of training delivery software is required
  • Must exhibit strong technical awareness and be able to articulate a solution in both business and technical terms
  • Should be able to help translate trainings into terms that are easily understood by clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Should be based in EST or CST and willing to cover UK hours occasionally
