Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment and implementation projects, managing the installation and orchestration of Dynatrace solution components in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Apply advanced Dynatrace expertise for in-depth problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop and configure scripts to integrate Dynatrace with external technologies (e.g., LDAP, ServiceNow, AD).
• Design and build custom dashboards and reports.
• Provide continuous service management, including monitoring platform health, updating components, opening support cases, and analyzing incidents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, use cases, and specific requests.
• Analyze data collected by Dynatrace, interpret results, and perform trend analysis to identify potential issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT, specifically in the Observability/Cloud sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Proficient in working with REST API interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of systems (OS, databases, middleware, cloud technologies).
• Dynatrace certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with other APM (Observability) tools like ELK, AppDynamics, and Datadog is a plus.
• Language proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
