About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach (cold calling, networking, social media)
• Conduct needs analyses to deliver tailored AI talent solutions
• Present LyRise’s unique offerings in compelling sales pitches
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline to track leads and close deals
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for seamless client experiences
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-4 years of sales or business development experience in tech/AI
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Solid track record of exceeding sales targets
• Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus
