About the Role

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and deploying AI-driven models that power our recruitment platform. If you're passionate about solving real-world challenges with machine learning, building scalable AI systems, and driving impactful results, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to enhance our AI-powered recruitment platform.
• Preprocess and analyze large-scale datasets, extracting valuable insights to optimize model performance.
• Deploy, optimize, and maintain ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our platform.
• Continuously improve models through feedback loops, retraining, and performance tuning.
• Stay at the forefront of ML and AI advancements, incorporating the latest techniques into our solutions.
• Document methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong background in data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX, as well as cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Time-Series Analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
