Responsibilities

Lead Data Science Projects:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model deployment and monitoring.

Data Preprocessing & Preparation:

• Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and modeling.
• Handle missing data, outliers, and data imbalances to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning models.

Model Development & Optimization:

• Build and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, natural language processing (NLP) models, computer vision systems, and other AI-driven solutions.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to improve model performance.

MLOps & Model Deployment:

• Implement MLOps practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable, real-time systems.
• Develop pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of machine learning models.

Qualifications

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data science projects in a business or research setting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in SQL and working with large datasets (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a plus.
