- Prospect and identify potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their AI talent needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Present Lyrise's offerings effectively and persuasively to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Lyrise.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales within the AI and technology sectors.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
