Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Azure Migration Initiatives: Plan and execute large-scale Azure cloud migration projects for multinational clients, covering requirements analysis, architecture design, and smooth transitions from on-premises to Azure.
• Architect Cloud-Native Solutions: Develop and implement modern, cloud-native applications tailored to business needs within the Azure ecosystem.
• Design Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Architectures: Build integrated solutions that connect Azure with on-premises systems and other cloud platforms.
• Manage Azure Landing Zones: Establish and maintain scalable, governance-compliant Azure landing zones.
• Oversee Azure Infrastructure: Deploy and manage virtual networks, VMs, containers, serverless solutions, storage, and VDI environments in Azure.
• Implement Network Security Solutions: Set up and manage security components, including Watchguard and Palo Alto VM-series firewalls.
• Maintain Master Images: Handle OS, application, and security updates for Azure-based systems.
• Automate Cloud Operations: Utilize CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, and PowerShell to optimize Azure deployments.
• Perform System Administration: Conduct system upgrades, patch management, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting for Azure environments.
• Engage with Clients: Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective solution delivery.
• Understand MSP Operations: Apply ITIL best practices, service management methodologies, and customer support workflows in an MSP environment.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in cloud architecture and system engineering, with relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305).
• Azure Proficiency: Hands-on experience with core Azure services, including VMs, AKS, App Services, Functions, Azure AD, Azure Migrate, ASR, ExpressRoute, and more.
• Network Security Expertise: Strong knowledge of implementing and managing Watchguard virtual components and other security solutions.
• Automation & DevOps Skills: Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strategic Technology Planning: Ability to align cloud solutions with long-term business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent English communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive-level audiences.
• Multi-Cloud Knowledge: Exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Consulting & Pre-Sales Experience: Proven ability to deliver customer-focused solutions in a consulting or pre-sales role.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to innovation and client success.
• MSP Understanding: Strong grasp of Managed Service Provider operations, ITIL frameworks, and service delivery methodologies.
