Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and best practices.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure web applications.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to implement intelligent features.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and optimize application performance.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical development with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring Boot).
• Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and scalable system architecture.
