We’re looking for a seasoned Cloud & Observability Consultant with strong expertise in Dynatrace and related technologies. If you're passionate about building scalable observability solutions and want to work with cutting-edge clients across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment and implementation projects, managing the installation and orchestration of Dynatrace solution components in both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Apply advanced Dynatrace expertise for in-depth problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Develop and configure scripts to integrate Dynatrace with external technologies (e.g., LDAP, ServiceNow, AD)
• Design and build custom dashboards and reports
• Provide continuous service management, including monitoring platform health, updating components, opening support cases, and analyzing incidents
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, use cases, and specific requests
• Analyze data collected by Dynatrace, interpret results, and perform trend analysis to identify potential issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in the Observability/Cloud sector
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field Advanced programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Java
• Proficient in working with REST API interfaces Solid knowledge of systems (OS, databases, middleware, cloud technologies)
• Dynatrace certification is a plus Familiarity with other APM (Observability) tools like ELK, AppDynamics, and Datadog is a plus
