As the Outbound Sales Campaign Lead, he will play a pivotal role in driving our SDR team's success by orchestrating strategic outbound sales campaigns. His responsibilities encompass campaign planning, lead execution, and performance evaluation, with the ultimate goal of generating leads and achieving our sales targets. He will work in close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure campaigns are well-structured and effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and lead the execution of our outbound sales campaign strategies, including designing campaign sequences and timelines, setting campaign goals, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the data team to obtain companies' data that match the agreed criteria for campaign targeting.
  • Forecasting: Estimate and forecast campaign outcomes based on historical data and current campaign strategies.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign progress, collect and analyze campaign outcomes, and provide weekly updates to assess campaign performance.
  • Recommendation and Action Plans: Based on campaign results, identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Board Presentation: Prepare and present campaign results to the board, highlighting successes and suggested actions for achieving better results.

Compensation Scheme:

  • Base Salary: he will receive a competitive base salary for his role as Outbound Sales Campaign Lead.
  • Performance Bonus: he will be eligible for a monthly performance bonus based on the number of proposals sent by the sales team during that month. For example:
  • If the sales team sends 10 proposals (meeting the monthly target), he receives the base bonus amount.
  • For each additional proposal sent beyond the target, he receives a bonus increment per proposal.
