What You’ll Do

• Own the full design & delivery of Gen-AI workflows focused on supplier data extraction and ranking.
• Fine-tune and orchestrate foundation models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) via LangChain / LlamaIndex.
• Build computer vision tools for parsing documents and verifying ISO certificates.
• Prototype and iterate on prompts and pipelines for robustness and minimal hallucination.
• Work side-by-side with full-stack engineers (Django + Next.js) on APIs and infra.
• Define MLOps best practices including versioning, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
• Serve as the “founding AI voice” in a high-ownership, no-hand-holding, shipping-first culture.

Must-Have Skills

💻 Technical

• Python 3 + Django / FastAPI (production-grade backend experience)
• LangChain / LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, vector DBs (PGVector, Pinecone)
• Fine-tuning (LoRA / PEFT), GPU pipelines, eval frameworks
• Web scraping, data pipelines, PDF/HTML parsing
• Workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, or similar)

🧠 Soft Skills

• Strong ownership and startup bias-to-action
• Fluent English and async communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Computer vision experience (OpenCV, YOLO, layout analysis)
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or B2B data products
• Comfort with UI tools like Next.js / TypeScript for small tweaks
