• Lead and support a team of engineers
• Drive technical decisions aligned with product goals
• Build scalable, secure, maintainable systems
• Promote engineering best practices (code quality, testing, CI/CD)
• Work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and help grow the team

• Have 6+ years of experience in backend/system development
• Have 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing engineers
