🚀 We're hiring a Remote Product Management Instructor (Egypt-based)

Join us in shaping the next generation of outcome-driven product leaders across Africa.

🗓 Starting June 2025 | 12-month renewable | 6–10 hrs/week (live sessions + mentorship)

🌍 Remote | Evening/weekend availability preferred

🎯 What you'll do:

• Co-create curriculum from problem framing → OKRs → roadmap
• Run hands-on workshops (story mapping, backlog grooming, MVP scoping)
• Coach learners on sprint rituals, stakeholder communication, and real-world product artifacts (PRDs, dashboards, release notes)
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana to simulate industry practices
• Continuously iterate content based on learner data and market trends

✅ We're looking for:

• 5+ yrs experience owning full product lifecycle (B2B or B2C)
• Mastery of backlog prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF)
• Deep Jira/Confluence use; confident teaching Asana
• 200+ hrs mentoring PMs or cross-functional teams
• Strong English & based in Egypt

🌟 Nice to have:

• Background in AI/ML or PaaS products
• PM certifications (PMI-ACP, AIPMM, CSP-PO)
