👥 About Us:

At Mähmi Bio, we’re solving one of the biggest problems in food: kids (and adults) with food allergies are left behind. They can’t drink their formula, can’t eat what their friends eat, and constantly face frustration because proteins are everywhere.

💢 The Problem:

Existing alternatives? They don’t cut it. Plant-based proteins fall short on taste and function. Precision fermentation players? Still allergenic.

🔩 What We’re Building:

We’re here to fix the system. We’re designing the first truly hypoallergenic, functional proteins—natural, nutritious, and designed to work!

We are creating a next-generation hypoallergenic platform to create functional replacement that work with real food -from baby formula to baked goods to ice cream.

🔬 Who We’re Looking For:

✅ PhD-level expert in food science, protein chemistry, bioinformatics, or a related field

✅ Deep understanding of protein structure-function relationships in food preferably with lab-bench experience

✅ Bonus: Experience in bioinformatics, startups, product commercialization, or scaling R&D—but not required

This is a Leadership Role – You’ll drive the science, shape the strategy, and bring a game-changing innovation to market.
