Most sales hires want a playbook handed to them. A CRM full of warm leads. A brand that sells itself. And sure, those things help.
But at Marlo, we are building something new. An AI-native lending platform that connects borrowers and lenders in a way this industry hasn't seen before. Our Borrowers Portal is live with paying clients. Our Lenders Portal is being built right now.
We don't need someone who "manages" a pipeline. We need someone who builds one from scratch.
The kind of person who learns the lending space fast, speaks the language of lenders, and walks into a demo like they have been in fintech for a decade.
The kind of person who cares about outcomes, not job titles.
Full-time? Great. Part-time? Works for me. Fractional consultant? Welcome. Remote? Absolutely.
