Matchaful Cafés, NYC. Seeking caring, emotionally mature, and diligent baristas to create matcha-based wellness items, maintain a pristine and aesthetically elevated environment, and deliver high service while connecting with customers. 3 days/week minimum (ideally 4–5 days/week at any location). Starting Pay: $16.50/hr + tips; increases to $17 with a Food Protection Certificate within 30 days.About You: Emotionally mature; care about matcha and respectful preparation; extreme care for café space; excellent communication and customer connection; highly organized; strong attention to detail.Requirements: 1–2+ years hospitality experience; able to lift up to 50 lbs; wellness background a plus; Food handlers permit a plus.
