Location: New York, NY | Position Type: Full-Time | Salary Range: $75,000-85,000, depending on experience levelJob Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the cafés, e-commerce and supports overall business goals. This role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies, aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through a range of online platforms.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and manage SEO, PPC, email, social, display campaigns; collaborate on content; monitor/optimize to objectives; stay current on tools/trends; deliver on time/budget.Digital Management: Maintain website and social channels; assist with content calendar; ensure up-to-date info for cafés and e-commerce; manage Google My Business and other online presence (Google, Yelp, Classpass, Apple Maps, etc.); leverage CRM; manage cafe delivery platforms (Square, UberEats, DoorDash) marketing/ads.Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute newsletters, promos, automations; segment lists; analyze performance; A/B test campaigns/landing pages/emails; optimize automations for cafés and e-commerce.Social Media Marketing & Advertising: Develop and manage organic and paid social strategies; engage followers; analyze performance and trends/competitors.Data, Analytics & SEO: Use data to measure/report traffic, leads, conversions, ROI; use analytics tools; manage on/off-page SEO.Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams (brand, cafe, e-comm, sales, product); manage external ad agency for Google Ads and report monthly; assess platform performance and recommend budget allocation; provide regular updates.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent; 2–5 years digital marketing/social media; familiarity with Square, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager; strong SEO/SEM/analytics; excellent communication; Google Workspace; social planning/scheduling tools; basic HTML/CSS and CMS (Shopify, Square) a plus.Preferred: Google/Social Advertising; Canva/Figma or similar; Slack/Asana; strong organization.Personal Attributes: Creative, proactive, independent/team player, strong time management, data-driven, eager to learn, strong collaborator, passion for health/hospitality/matcha.What We Offer: Competitive salary/benefits; professional development; collaborative environment; monthly matcha subscription and one free employee drink per day at cafés.How to Apply: Email resume and cover letter to danielle@matchaful.com with subject “Digital Marketing Manager Application”.
