Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the cafés, e-commerce and support overall business goals. This role requires expertise in digital channels, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies, aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Key responsibilities span Campaign Management (SEO, PPC, email, social, display), Digital Management (site/social upkeep, content calendars, delivery platforms), Email Marketing (planning, execution, segmentation, testing, automations), Social Media (organic and paid), Data/Analytics & SEO, and Collaboration & Reporting. Required: BA/BS or equivalent, 2–5 years experience, familiarity with Shopify/Klaviyo/Google Ads/Meta, SEO/SEM/web analytics, excellent communication, Google Workspace, social tools; basic HTML/CSS a plus. Preferred: Ads experience, Canva/Figma, Slack/Asana, strong organization. Personal: Creative, proactive, team-oriented, strong time-management, data-driven, eager to learn, passion for health/hospitality/matcha.
