Growth opportunities as culinary offerings and café footprint expand.About the Prep Chef role: 3-4 days/week minimum; prepare food to meet orders for all cafés daily; build prep kits and set up production; communicate on Slack; follow best kitchen practices and protocols; accurately label and store food; maintain ingredient stocks; wash dishes and conduct daily cleaning; commit to early hours; obtain Food Protection Certificate if not already certified; record production and kitchen waste; assist with end-of-month inventory.About You: Great team player; passionate about plant-based food and matcha; strong communicator; hardworking and efficient; open to feedback; works well under pressure; physical stamina to stand long periods; ability to reach/stoop/bend and lift up to 50 lbs; attention to detail; loves organization and improving kitchen spaces; 2-3 years professional kitchen experience (commissary a plus); culinary school a plus; Food Protection Certificate a plus; eager to learn and grow with Matchaful.How to Apply: Email resume and brief cover letter to retail@matchaful.com.
