Growing company with many opportunities as we expand our cafe footprint.Commitment: 3 days/week minimum (ideally 4-5 days/week at any location)Starting Pay: $16.50/hr + tips (increases to $17 with a Food Protection Certificate obtained within 30 days)About You: Emotionally mature; care about matcha and respectful preparation; extreme care for café space; excellent communication and customer connection; highly organized; incredible attention to detail.Requirements: 1-2+ years hospitality experience; able to lift up to 50 lbs; wellness background a plus; Food handlers permit a plus.
