About the Role:

• Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London office)
• Hours: 10-20 hours per week
• Contract: 3-6 month contract

Material Evolution is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our Commercial Team in identifying and researching opportunities for our ultra-low carbon cement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, business development, and market research.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Market Research: Identify prospective customers, applications, and industry trends for ultra-low carbon cement.
• Competitor Analysis: Research competitors in the green cement and construction materials sector.
• Industry Insights: Review and synthesise existing research on the demand for green cement and assist with internal research from customer interviews.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Support CRM management by tracking existing clients and prospects.
• Business Development Support: Assist the commercial team with outreach efforts, sales pipeline management, and data organization.
• Reporting & Insights: Summarise key findings and provide recommendations to the commercial team.
