These reshaped the creative workflow. Now, it's happened again. With both AI tooling and 3D technology now scaling exponentially, there is no better time to be a designer. But our tools for design and search have yet to make any true leaps. Invention isn't easy. There needs to be a balance between what is familiar and what is truly novel. This is the moment for invention. A rare chance to re-think visual search & discovery with a new workflow that is AI-native, embraces 3D, and becomes a 'bicycle' for the creative mind.

We are looking for an ambitious founding UI/UX designer to take us to this future and join our small team of AI Engineers and Designers. Part-time or Full-time. Whether Freelance or Employee, you are a team member.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project managers and devs to execute. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills, a fast ability to wireframe and iterate and be familiar with various design technologies. We are looking for a refined design eye with a strong work ethic and a strategic mind. One of the primary goals is a total rethink of a designer's workflow and the future of AI visual search and discovery. This includes working on speccing out our teams/enterprise UI and UX for execution over 3 weeks. We need someone with a Startup mindset for speed, and can dismiss the status quo and think from first principles about the future of search.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions and strategy for our visual search project.
• Enhance our UI/UX and spec out our team/collaboration feature.
• Talk to designers, devs, and users to inform decisions
• Establish consistent brand and creative designs
• Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-ups and lookbooks
• Collect feedback from project managers and adjust the approach to cater to the criteria
• Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline the structure
