What You’ll Do:
Understand and effectively communicate Max Retail’s value
Act as a direct contact to our customers to ensure the best Max Retail experience.
Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
Contribute to the expansion of Customer Success while also remaining highly flexible in a startup environment
Provide support to all Max Retail customers via phone, email, and live chatFollow up with customers on all pending orders and shipments
Create shipping labels and manage return process Manage orders on partnership channels
Maintain a positive attitude while resolving customer issues
Maintain customer records by updating account informationLocate products for unfulfilled orders
Ensure timely resolution of all matters
Assist in optimizing the customer experience department including people, products, processes and technologies to deliver business and operational objectives
Provide thoughtful insight to customer concerns and work with the company to improve processes
Who you are:
You work with efficiency. You understand productivity metrics and are able to hold yourself accountable to assisting customers with attention to detail and efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Communicator. You listen well and understand the needs of our customers and our business. You express your ideas clearly and communicate persuasively to produce positive results.
