We are looking for an energetic sales representative to help take Max Retail to new heights. We seek candidates with a range of sales experience, but we welcome candidates without retail or sales experience. We will work with you to make you successful in this role. Our team will develop your skills and coach you to master the full sales cycle. Successful candidates must showcase passion for sales and be tenacious while having a strong work ethic. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can pivot when needed, are self-motivated, and looking to build a solid foundation in sales, you are an ideal fit for this position.
What You’ll Do
● Understand and effectively communicate Max Retail’s value proposition
● Own and manage a pipeline of retailers all organized in our CRM from your manager
● Cold calling! Lots of it!
● Reach and exceed monthly goals
● Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals
● Strategically overcome objections and competition; tailoring Max Retail’s value proposition and capabilities to the individual store’s needs
● Attend trade shows to pitch brands and retailers on Max Retail value proposition
● Work closely with the Head of Retailer Success & Executive Teams to communicate user feedback, tech bugs and ideas for improving our product.
● Communicate with our cross functional teams to meet company goals
● Pivot sales pitch and internal processes often; we’re constantly evolving!
