Sales Channel Account Management :
- Develop sales channel strategy to support Financial sales goalsIdentify controllable inputs to support sales plan, setting up monthly goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive month-over-month (MoM) growth in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for each sales channel.
- Work with the sales channel team to coordinate and execute effective price adjustments, promotional campaigns and email marketing initiatives.
- Compile and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
- Respond to sales channel platforms’ messages, providing excellent customer support.
- Update leadership on any controllable deviation to the goals
- Proactively identify pain points and bugs with our sales channels
Distribution to Sales Channels:
- Manage and Improve efficient Inventory Distribution to Sales Channels
- Lead the optimization of product data and listings to ensure seamless and efficient distribution across all sales channels.
- Oversee the product listing process, adhering to strict timelines and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Proactively gather requirements and champion the development of automated solutions to improve speed and accuracy of inventory distribution to sales channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand category mappings, leading to a wider assortment of products being offered on sales channels.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Product Errors:Analyze and troubleshoot product data errors to ensure accurate listings and prevent channel disruptions.
- Report continuously on the count of listings and units active on sales channels
- Enrich Product Data to Increase SalesIdentify missing product information and implement solutions to fill those gaps, maximizing the amount of inventory eligible for sales channels.
- Leverage Third-Party Tools & MappingsUtilize third-party tools (i.e. feedonomics) mappings to optimize product data for each sales channel's specific requirements.
Launch New Sales Channels:
- Plan, track, and execute the launch of new sales channels using project management tools
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and implement necessary tools or features for a successful launch.
- Curate a strategic product assortment that aligns with the target market, channel-specific requirements, and brand positioning.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, e-commerce content management, digital marketing, or a similar role such as merchandising and/or category management .
- Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on product discoverability
- Familiarity with pricing and merchandising techniques.
- Proficiency in identifying technical issues related to product listings.
- Experience with product listing optimization and attribute analysis.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent ability to identify data errors.
- Strong organizational ability to manage a diverse set of projects/tasks virtually.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data manipulation and analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of fashion product life cycles and market demands and wholesale operations.
- Proficiency in using product catalog tools and sales channel platforms - such as Mirikal, Channel Engine, Feedonoics, Shopify, Ebay, Amazon etc.
