Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven E- commerce/Marketplace expert to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing product listings and driving sales growth across various online channels, with a particular focus on the Shopify ecosystem. You will leverage your expertise in merchandising, inventory planning, and the Shopify platform to enhance product visibility, increase conversion rates, and contribute to the company's overall success.

What You'll Do:

  • E-commerce Merchandising & Optimization: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility, conversion rates, and sell-through across various online channels, with a focus on Shopify and its related marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) for search and discovery.
  • Create compelling product displays and promotions to drive engagement and sales on Shopify stores and marketplaces.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement specific to the Shopify platform.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates, such as A/B testing product page elements, optimizing calls to action, and improving the checkout process.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales conversion, such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).Inventory Planning & Allocation:Analyze inventory data to understand trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory allocation across different sales channels.
  • Develop and implement inventory planning strategies that minimize stockouts and maximize sell-through, while considering factors such as product lifecycle, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and timely product availability.
  • Marketing & Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales to online channels, particularly those within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Shopify Ecosystem Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce merchandising and marketplace management, with a focus on the Shopify platform and its app ecosystem.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem to identify and evaluate new opportunities for expanding the reach and impact of the platform.
  • Platform Development: Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities that enhance the retailer and customer experience on the platform, specifically within the Shopify environment.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce merchandising and marketplace management, with a strong focus on the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify stores, apps, and marketplace integrations.
  • Solid understanding of inventory planning and allocation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced 1 environment.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
