Sales Team Support & Coordination
- Support the VP of Sales & Success in executing daily, weekly, and monthly team objectives
- Track and manage key performance metrics, ensuring the team is on pace with goals
- Hold the team accountable to sales processes, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene
- Coordinate internal standups, reporting, follow-ups, and communication loops to keep sales and success initiatives on track
Sales Enablement & Process Optimization
- Build, refine, and maintain playbooks, workflows, and templates that help the sales team sell more efficiently and consistently
- Partner with Marketing and Marketplace Ops to ensure messaging and assets are aligned to sales goals
- Organize and help lead sales trainings, onboarding, and coaching sessions in collaboration with the VP
CRM Management & Automation (HubSpot)
- Automate outreach, reporting, and task tracking to reduce manual lift and improve team productivity
- Pull and analyze performance data to spot bottlenecks or gaps in execution and recommend solutions
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows and deal pipelines
Reporting & Insights
- Create weekly and monthly reports with clear visibility into individual and team performance
- Identify areas of opportunity for growth, efficiency, or improved outcomes, and bring proactive suggestions to leadership
- Help document and improve internal processes that drive revenue and retention

- Experience working in a high-growth startup, especially in sales or revenue operations
- Familiarity with inventory, marketplace, or retail-related platforms
- Prior use of HubSpot CRM or similar systems (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
