What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to support our efforts to increase the impact that our Digital Marketing and Email Marketing functions are having on our DTC business. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator, with a proven track record of delivering strong topline results while also operating with strong bottom line discipline. This role will report into the Senior Director, E-Commerce.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as the front leader of all Digital Marketing efforts:

  • With support from the Sr. Director, E-Commerce, developed an evolved digital marketing strategy. Channels to be covered include: Google, META, Affiliates.
  • With support from the analytics and finance team establish channel specific spend recommendations, develop channel specific performance targets, develop an evolved reporting approach (i.e. new dashboards) and codify all marketing math (CLV, CAC, ROAS).
  • With support from TBD agency (They will play the “hands on the keyboard role) deploy all agree to plans.
  • With support from the internal creative team (as well as external agency resources), build out a pipeline of performance marketing centric creative assets (Static and Video).
  • Email Marketing: Serve as the front lead as it relates to all marketing email efforts:

  • With support from the Sr. Director, E-Commerce develop an evolved marketing email strategy that a regular cadence of emails (likely 1-2 sends per week) aligns with the seasonal merchandising calendar.
  • With support from the analytics and finance team, establish performance targets and develop an evolved reporting approach (i.e. new dashboards).Draft creative briefs for all emails that will be shared with copywriter and design resources.
  • With support from TBD agency (They will play the “hands on the keyboard role) build and deploy all emails, and manage all email hygiene efforts (delivery metrics, list hygiene, etc.).

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • +5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience (Ideally in an E-commerce environment) in all of the relevant digital marketing channels (Google and META).
  • Some Email Marketing experience (Ideally in an E-commerce environment).
  • Data driven, agile operating mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable leveraging emerging AI solutions to drive increased levels of operational efficiency.
  • Experience in the Affiliate Marketing space is a plus.
  • Experience with Klaviyo email solution is a plus.
  • Experience operating in the Apparel industry is a plus.
