What You’ll Do
- Product Setup & Accuracy: Upload and QA product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and categorization in the CMS or PIM on owned channels.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies that support gmv, margin, and inventory goals.
- Manage site content and product presentation, including category structure, product detail pages, collections, and promotional placements.
- Liaise with buying, marketing, and creative teams to ensure merchandising reflects current priorities.
- Use analytics to monitor site performance, conversion, and customer behavior; make data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and gmv.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging, imagery, and storytelling with seasonal campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Ensure SEO best practices and product metadata are optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Test, evaluate, and refine site features, navigation, and merchandising tools to improve engagement and drive KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of customer expectations.
- Manage site creative and relevant updates
- Manage A/B testing
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years experience in eCommerce. Marketplace experience is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs/projects at once
- Working knowledge of Shopify+
- Experience with online analytics tools (e.g.s. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Crazy Egg etc.) a plus
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and working with performance data to make business decisions
- Experience with Canva or other creative platforms
