This is a role for a Sales Engineer at Maya AI. In this role, you will be responsible for

· deploying techstacks and platform for new customers, helping to get customers onboarded.

· Preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain companies’ products to prospective clients.

· Assisting clients in solving problems and troubleshooting the use of the MAYA platform.

· Collaborating with other engineers to evaluate needs that will support product development free from errors.

· Meeting with and supporting the sales team in gathering info about customer needs and requirements.

·

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to support sales and its efforts to acquire and onboard new customers.

Qualifications

The Sales Engineer should possess the following qualifications:

• 2+ Years of experience as a sales engineer or similar roles.
• BA degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Technical skills
• Analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Experience in selling complex enterprise solutions
• Willingness to travel
• Experience in using Slack, AWS, excel, databases, typform and other tools.
• Experience using sales tools like CRM’s, and other sales management tools.
