Role Overview: We are seeking an Operations Associate to support our COO and leadership team. This position will start part-time, focusing on assisting the COO through our current growth phase, and will transition to full-time with expanded responsibilities.

Current key objectives you will support include:

• ● Driving client success by working with existing clients and new clients. Clients include PBMs, plan sponsors, large health systems, and value based care groups, and others.
• ● Work with state lawmaking and regulating bodies and navigating regulatory frameworks to drive national expansion.
• ● Executing strategic initiatives and partnerships to increase the volume of reclaimed medications and expand supply.This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of critical areas as the company scales.Location: Preference for candidates based in NYC or Houston. Remote is acceptable for the initial phase, with in-person preferred when transitioning to full-time.
