About MediCircle
MediCircle is on a mission to make prescription drugs affordable for every American and financially sustainable for the American healthcare system.
We are an early-stage healthcare technology startup that provides patients with access to affordable prescription drugs by reclaiming, recertifying, and redistributing unused medications. Through MediCircle, patients receive their medications with no out-of-pocket cost, while payers, plan sponsors, and value-based care groups realize significant savings on their drug costs. To date, we have reclaimed over $35 million worth of medications, and have signed contracts with market-leading customers, including national PBMs, payers, and regional health systems.
If our mission resonates with you, and you are energized by directly impacting the lives of millions of patients who can no longer access or afford their medications, we would love to hear from you.
Role Overview
Own the growth of medication donations to ensure MediCircle can provide patients across the country with access to affordable medication. You’ll architect and run the engine that educates patients and caregivers, activates an untapped community of donor champions, and builds strategic partnerships to expand our donation pipeline. You’ll build funnels, campaigns, and narratives that make donation mainstream, then scale the channels that work. The ideal candidate is part marketer, part community builder, energized by powerful stories and obsessed with learning what motivates people to donate and be part of something bigger.
Responsibilities
Develop partnerships that generate medication donations: Build relationships and partnerships with healthcare organizations, clinics, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and professional networks to unlock additional supply channels.
Grow supply through online marketing: Run online campaigns to educate patients, families, and caregivers about donation options. Own SEO initiatives and expand brand reach via consistent online presence.
Build and activate a donor community: Turn previous donors into champions through engagement loops, storytelling, and referral pathways. Develop community programs that celebrate donors and drive recurring or word-of-mouth donations.
Experiment on new channels: Run structured experiments to uncover new supply sources. Test outreach strategies, messaging, segments, and acquisition motions. Track performance rigorously and scale what works.
Own supply KPIs: You will be in charge of ensuring we maintain a growing inventory of medication to support patients, focusing on both overall donation volume and growth in targeted drug categories.
Requirements
Growth & funnel ownership: Proven experience running acquisition funnels, outreach campaigns, or growth loops. Able to design, test, and optimize messaging, channels, and conversion paths.
Customer insight & storytelling: Strong ability to understand motivations, craft compelling narratives, and translate patient/donor stories into action-driving content.
Partnership-building: Demonstrated experience forming and managing partnerships with external organizations (e.g., healthcare groups, nonprofits, advocates, or community networks).
Structured experimentation: Comfortable designing experiments, segmenting audiences, analyzing performance, and making evidence-based decisions.
Communication & persuasion: Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to inspire action, simplify complex concepts, and build trust with diverse audiences.
Organized & execution-focused: Strong project management and follow-through across multiple campaigns, partners, and initiatives. Able to juggle moving pieces without losing detail.
Data fluency: Ability to track KPIs, interpret funnel metrics, and run basic analyses to identify what drives donation growth.
Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Mentality: You prefer to dive deep, learn workflows from the ground up, and jump in to execute when needed.
