Responsabilities:

• Identify and obtain new candidates within the medical industry through direct sourcing efforts
• Effectively recruit Dental Assistants and Medical Assistants or admin staff by understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals
• Matching skilled professionals to clients' needs
• Provide consultative suggestions to help clients staffing needs
• Providing career guidance and developing relationships with current and potential candidates
• Negotiate and close deals!
