Mela Works is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spanish Market Launcher to start and expand our presence in Spain. Following successful lead generation experiments in the Spanish market, which provided valuable insights into lead cost, product-market fit, and willingness to pay, we aim to replicate our successful Italian strategy in Spain.
This role involves:
- Creating and growing a SMB market comparable to the Italian one
- Building relationships with large industrial and institutional players
We are looking for an experienced market launcher, with a proven Enterprise sales track record and a start-up mentality to:
- bring a data-driven approach to learning about the Spanish construction and maintenance landscape
- spearhead the efforts to establish the initial Enterprise traction
- accelerate the SMB traction through agreements with trade groups
- support the marketing team with localization and customization of the market strategy
