Role Overview: Regional Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and seasoned Regional Lead Generation Manager to design, manage, and execute lead generation initiatives across Nigeria and our growing footprint in Africa. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive lead acquisition, optimize conversion, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects.

You’ll be responsible for supervising Field Sales Managers (FSMs) and Field Sales Associates (FSAs), analyzing performance trends, and supporting conversion efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

As Regional Lead Generation Manager, you will report to the Director of Growth & Expansion and coordinate closely with the Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives to grow the company’s sales pipeline in assigned regions.
  • Supervise and mentor FSMs, while providing coaching and monitoring support to FSAs.
  • Execute approved lead generation activities, ensuring high-quality prospect acquisition.
  • Monthly Vehicle Deployment: Deploy 90% of 'available fleet for activation
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Rates: Increase lead generation by 25% and conversion rates by 20% each quarter.
  • Drive optimal team performance in lead generation across all cities, holding each market accountable to achieve no less than 90% of their assigned goals.
  • Consistently evaluate city-level metrics to ensure progress is visible, measurable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Achieve 90% of TO vs Tested rate, 80% TOF- Pass Test rate
  • Ensure Budget optimization, Vendor management and Detailed monitoring of all field engagements across the region to ensure the achievement of the lowest possible Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) per approved benchmark)
  • Analyze local market trends to adapt initiatives to regional realities.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Directly oversee bulk Top-of-Funnel (TOF) prospecting channels.
  • Manage and optimize field engagement budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Track and report performance metrics (TOF, Tested, Activation) using a data-driven approach.
  • Troubleshoot challenges in lead acquisition and support regional conversion efforts.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and activity-based reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Build and sustain partnerships for lead generation opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in marketing, sales or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing or similar role
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Ability to communicate in Yoruba and Pidgin an advantage
  • Proven track record of driving acquisition and conversion in fast-paced industries.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Yoruba or Pidgin is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • Ability to work in a global context - Previous experience working in high-impact environments is preferred
  • Past track record of recruiting and developing a high performing team
  • Passionate about customers and demonstrated experience at building strong relationships
  • Understand the diverse nature of different countries i.e., work environments, cultures, market changes, customer behavior etc.
  • Futuristic and visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset, agile and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics
