Platform Support Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Support Officer. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring, and support of our technology platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for platform-related issues, supporting internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure optimal platform performance and user experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor platform performance and system health on a daily basis.
- Provide first and second-level support for platform-related issues.
- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot errors, and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
- Document, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Assist in testing platform updates, enhancements, and bug fixes before deployment.
- Prepare and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Support onboarding of new users onto the platform.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and security standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of web-based applications, APIs, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both technical and
non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
