About the role
We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth. If you enjoy working with WordPress and creating compelling content for emails and landing pages, this role is for you.
- Professional English Proficiency is a must.
- Hiring interviews will be conducted online.
What you’ll do:
- Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.
- Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.
- Track, analyze, and report performance.
- Understand the audience and work on improving the copy from email marketing campaigns.
(Musts)
We’re looking for someone that has hands-on experience with:
- WordPress & Elementor.
- SEO
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Creating content for email marketing campaigns
- Landing page creation
(Nice to have)
This role is not for you if:
- You have only worked with Ads and paid media before.
- You have only worked for marketing agencies before
- You don't have any experience with generating leads and measuring them.
Nice to have:
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.
- Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with Google Sheets
- This is a remote position.
- Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST)
