SDR Role
About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: High-volume daily outreach to prospective clients via phone calls and emails to generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, screening them to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile.
- Appointment Setting: Set qualified, high-quality appointments/meetings for Account Executives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture potential opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or in a similar outbound sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication, phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven, remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools
