Role Description

As an operational specialist, you will monitor ongoing delivery routes, assist delivery drivers and shipper businesses via phone calls and live chat, and onboard new drivers onto the Metrobi platform.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Being able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EDT)
• Experience in logistics, courier operations, customer support, customer success, or account management
