Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Sales Representative. In this position, you will proactively reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels to generate qualified leads and build a healthy sales pipeline. You will conduct discovery conversations to understand the needs of local businesses, communicate the value of Metrobi’s platform, and schedule or lead product demonstrations. You will manage and track all outreach activities in a CRM system, follow up consistently with prospects, and collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. You will also gather feedback from potential customers, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to achieving overall revenue and growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to understand and explain software or logistics solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, logistics, or delivery-focused businesses is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field.
