We are seeking a talented and motivated Growth Manager to join our team at Mintycode. The ideal candidate should have exprience with open source projects and web3 communities. As the Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our platform, working closely with the founder. You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, optimising user acquisition and retention, and scaling our user base. - Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Analyse and optimise user acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention strategies.
- Develop content strategy and maintain social media presence.
- Organise community events and partnerships with developer communities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with founder and engineering team to drive growth initiatives.
- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyse user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
Experience in open source software development, blockchain technologies and building developer communities.
Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role in a start-up.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track and measure growth metrics.
In-depth knowledge of growth hacking techniques and user acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business, or a related field.
