You will be responsible for managing and scaling our machine learning projects, ensuring high-quality model development, and integrating these models into production Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize machine learning projects.
- Ensure best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.
- Drive the continuous improvement of ML infrastructure and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models in production.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related domain.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLops practices.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining models in a production environment.
