Role Summary:

As our HR Executive in Hyderabad, you’ll be the cultural heartbeat and people strategist driving growth and alignment in a purpose-led startup. This role requires emotional intelligence, ownership, and the ability to balance strategic HR thinking with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
• Implement HR processes, policies, and compliance aligned with Indian labor laws.
• Cultivate a vibrant, values-driven workplace that balances productivity with wellbeing.
• Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation, payroll coordination, and performance evaluation systems.
• Collaborate with founders and team leads to forecast hiring needs and optimize workforce planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Deep understanding of HR practices and Indian labor regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for reading people and resolving conflicts.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and remote collaboration platforms.
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and believes in the power of conscious culture-building.
